• Account data: email address and password.
• Profile data: information voluntarily provided in the application form.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe — we never store card details.
• Contact messages: name and message sent through the contact form.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type automatically reach the providers hosting the site, as with any website. We do not store them or link them to your account.

• Delivering and improving coaching services.
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions.
• Responding to contact form messages.
• Protecting against spam and abuse.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to prevent spam and automated access. Turnstile may collect browser and behavioural data to verify that a request comes from a real human.

By using our forms, you agree to Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We work with providers that process data solely on our behalf, under contract, and only as far as the service requires:

• Hosting and storage — the infrastructure running the site and database (EU/US).
• Payment processing — Stripe, for subscriptions and billing.
• Email delivery — the provider that sends our transactional emails.
• Anti-bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile, on our forms.
• Usage statistics — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, only with your consent.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. For the full list of providers in use at any given time, write to us at the address below.

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preference. These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off.

We also use analytics cookies, via Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited), to understand how the site is used. Microsoft Clarity also records page interaction (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks) as anonymised session replays. These cookies load only after you agree in the cookie banner, and the legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer. On withdrawal, analytics cookies are deleted and the scripts no longer load. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to third parties.
